Why Should You Play?

Proceeds from this event support the Nashville Summer Business Camp, a partnership between Creating An Environment of Success, Metro Schools, and the Nashville Chamber of Commerce-School to Career Program. The camp is designed to teach high school students the mechanics of how to conduct a major business transaction.

High School students are engaged in a business competition performing mock mergers and acquisitions. They are taught to research and analyze public companies, and are exposed to financial terminology such as market capitalization, EBITDA, synergy, leverage ratios, and capital structure!

The training experience culminates with an exciting trip to New York to visit Wall Street, and also a stop at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. While in New York, the students visit places like Federal Reserve Bank and Deutsche Bank Corporate HQ's. Some students will also have the opportunity to go to the actual floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Support this Charity and purchase your team today!
